Carlow County Badminton
This season Amond Coaching is delighted to be involved with and oversee the running of both the Carlow U11 and U13 inter county squads. The squads will meet weekly to train and prepare to compete in various Leinster events throughout the season with particular emphasis on the Leinster inter county competition.

Open trials will be held in Ballon Community Hall for each respective age group boys and girls.

From the trials a total of 16 players in each age group will be selected.

This selection of 16 players will train weekly and compete in various Leinster individual events throughout the season.

A final squad of 4 boys and 4 girls will be selected to represent Carlow at the Leinster Inter County Championships. Final selection will be based on tournament results and performance in training throughout the season.

The selection process is in place to ensure that each and every player gets a fair shot at making the final squad. Players will be picked on merit and tournament results will be front and center in the selection process. It is in the best interest of each player to try and enter the events listed below as results in these events will count towards final selection
